C2C12 myotubes viability evaluated by MTT assay in different WSP extracts and concentration from 25 µg/mL to 400 µg/mL for 24 h at 37 °C. WSP-E white sweet potato ethanol extract, WSP-EA white sweet potato ethyl-acetate fraction, WSP-EW white sweet potato water fraction. Values were presented as mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments performed in triplicate, and were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by a post hoc Tukey’s test for multiple comparisons
