¹Seeds were immersed in loading solution for 30 min and cryopreserved for 30 min.
²Approximately 300–350 seeds were tested in each TTC staining.
³Values are means of 5 replicates (200–300 seeds per replicate). Means followed by the same letters are not significantly different by Duncan’s test (P=0.05). Germination rates were calculated after 4 weeks of culture.
