Protein and diaphorase activity stainings in 15% SDS–PAGE gels for detection of monodehydroascorbate reductase activity of MT-I (A) and MT-II (B). The experiments were done twice and a representative one is shown. ‘M’ represents the molecular weight marker and 10 μg proteins were loaded in each well.
