Expression and purification of recombinant TcAAD in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Fifteen μL of each fraction was loaded into each lane of the 12% SDS-PAGE followed by Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 staining. Lane 1, crude extract from Saccharomyces cerevisiae expressing TcAAD; 2, flow-through proteins from the Ni-NTA column; 3–9, TcAAD eluted from Ni-NTA column. Molecular masses (in kDa) of standards are shown at left.
