Fluorescence spectra. (А) under excitation at 430 nm (В) at 720 nm in wildtype (curve 1) and mutant strains Parachlorella kessleri cells (PCMut2- curve 2) and (PCMut4 -curve 3). Fluorescence spectra are normalized to the maximum fluorescence values at 690 nm. Fluorescence excitation spectra are normalized to corresponding values of the red absorption maximum at 680 nm.
