AtBS14b overexpression phenotype in Arabidopsis. (a) AtBS14b ORF was cloned into pAB118 GW vector and transformed into Arabidopsis WS2 background by using Agrobacteria-mediated transformation. One-month-old AtBS14b ox3, AtBS14b ox5 and WS2 plants are shown. Bars = 1 cm (b) Petiole length from indicated plants shown in (a) were measured and the experiments were repeated at least three times with more than 10 plants were analyzed each time (*P < 0.05 t test).
