Effects of dioscorin interventions (50 mg/kg) on impaired glucose intolerances of high fat-diet induced obese rats by oral glucose tolerance tests. Data were expressed as mean ± SEM. Multiple group comparisons under the same treated time were performed using one-way analysis of variance followed by the post hoc Tukey’s test, and values that have not been indicated with the same alphabet were significantly different (P < 0.05).
