The size exclusion HPLC profiles of (a) HWP_GLR and (b) HWP_GLRF. The molecular sizes were determined by using a Breeze HPLC system (Waters Co., Milford, MA) equipped with a 10 μl loop, a G4000PWXL size exclusion column (7.8 × 300 mm, TSK-GEL, Tosoh Corp., Tokyo, Japan) at 55 °C, and a RI detector (oven, 50 °C). An aliquot of 10-μl (10 μg/μl) sample solution was injected and eluted with 0.1 M NaN3 aqueous solution at a flow rate of 0.5 ml/min
