Foliar spray of MeJA, SS, ETH, ABA, or Spores of B. elliptica (8 × 105 conidia/ml), was applied to 1-month-old lily seedling. Leaves were sampled 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 h post treatments to explore LhSorTGA2 expression. Expression at 0 h was used as the calibrator (designated as 1.0) to determine the relative expression of the target gene at different time points.
