Effect of 3OC6-HSL on biochemical markers related to salt toleranc in Arabidopsis and wheat. 2-week-old seedlings were treated with 1 μM 3OC6-HSL or/and 150 mM NaCl as indications. The levels of total chorophyll, proline and MDA were measured after treatment for 14 days in Arabidopsis (a–c) and 10 days in wheat (d–f). Values are mean ± SD of three independent experiments. Different letters indicate statistically significant differences (P < 0.05, Duncan’s test)
