Effect of 3OC6-HSL on the expression of ABA-dependent and ABA-independent genes in Arabidopsis. 20-day-old seedlings were treated with 1 μM 3OC6-HSL or/and 150 mM NaCl as indications. The relative gene expression of COR15a (a), RD22 (b), ADH (c), P5CS1 (d) and ERD1 (e) were measured by qRT-PCR after treatment for 6 h in Arabidopsis. Values are mean ± SD of three independent experiments. Different letters indicate statistically significant differences (P < 0.05, Duncan’s test)
