  1. Steady-state kinetic constants of recombinant SdCPR at 28 ℃, pH 7.5. Determination of kinetic parameters for cytochrome c was performed in reaction mixture containing 100 μM NADPH and various amounts of cytochrome c, and kinetic parameters for NADPH was determined by using 100 μM cytochrome c as substrate and various amounts of NADPH (n = 3). Value are presented as mean ± SE
