  1. MS salts and vitamins (MSBM) was supplemented with 3% sucrose, 0.4% GPP. Petri-dishes with seeds were incubated at 20 ℃. Each treatment had 120 seeds. Data were recorded after 20 days of culture. Before germination experiment, seeds of F. cirrhosa were stored at 4 ℃
