Comparison of ratio between the height of the glabrous branch (G) and that of the villous branch (V) among samples from three different locations in southern Taiwan. Map shows the three collection sites in southern Taiwan. Bars indicate standard deviation with eight different biological replicates at Wukeuitung and seven different biological replicates at Small Port and Sail Rock. The function “t.test” in the statistical software R was used to test if there is any significance of the G/V ratio among the three different locations.
